impulse buy eeek! any idea on sex?

hey all, was out today and bought a white giant gourami... he/she is about 8 inches and still very slender, just getting the big lips. hopefully this one behaves for me as the last one (pearsy) had to go due to major aggression, fingers crossed getting this one smaller he will be more tolerant of his tank mates as he grows! heres some pics of snowball!-) any idea of the sex, im thinking female?

looks like a male, i have a 10" white giant gourami that has a completely different head shape than yours and a friend of mine told me mine was female.

Good luck with your GG man I have an RTGG that I still don't know the sex. It has lots of red coloration to the tips of his fins though. These things can get mean good luck with the fish man keep updating I can't say male or female as I don't know how to tell

Sorry for the fins but he is still healing from the lfs tank where he was with juvinile oscars. And in don't mean to intrude on the ops thread so if I do please delete
