Wait. Are those cinder blocks just standing stacked, no mortar or cement? And the water doesn't knock them down? I was just pricing out cinder blocks for a build but dropped it as i can't put up permanent structures right now and the cost of re-bar and cement put me way over time and budget, thus I went with a 265 tank. Now you tell me I don't have to cement the blocks.
