In front or back?

So i was talking to my girlfriend today and we realized that it is extremely akward for me to have my hand behind hers when holding hands

which i am ashamed i dont try to do more often :*(

after 4 years you start to loose that goofy silly lets act like were in highschool thing

anyways

just wanted to know

post your sex and wether or not your hand is normally in front or back when holding hands

this is assuming your walking next to eachother not sitting down etc

so for me

im interested to see if this is a human trait or just something that occurs differently with everyone as most of my personal male friends say they are the same as me

Male. But my wife and I switch constantly as we walk. She's a little domineering and I'm a little too grateful to have someone's hand in mine to protest.

I'm a dude, and if we are walking around or something i prefer my hand in front. If just holding hands while watching a movie or something, it doesn't really matter to me.
