hello! i may be getting a free in-ground plastic pond. its about 80-100 gallons.

my question is, could i have one of these above ground and fill it with water without any supports and it not bust? been looking for a good shrimp breeding tank!

Fill it up and test it...

If it starts to bow, a wooden frame is easy to build. You could probably even use cinder blocks in a pinch and might be a little cheaper than wood.

the best thing to do would be build a wooden frame around it, but a liner over the frame, and fill it with sand . that would be the best support imo but it's a bit impractical.
