In Need of Insight

Hello guys, Jacob here and I recently purchased a 75g tank that will eventually hold 2 african butterflies and a delhezi. I have been searching online for a mid-level fish that is compatible with these but have not had very much luck. I know that tetras are very popular and all but I personally don't like them as much. I'm more of an odd-ball type of guy. I would really love to hear some of the ideas you more experienced fish owners have!

Mid level guy could be filament barbs, bush fish, or silver dollars. Get some schooling cats like Zamora cats or striped duckbill cats as they will be more mid level.

Thank you! I'm very curious about how one finds this out. Is it just your personal experience or some website I havne't gotten to yet?

It's probably both but vast majority more from experience. I've kept these fish with these combos before (long term) and successful at it.
