in need of some help

I am getting ready to build my own stand for an 180 gallon aquarium I have built one before. However it was way over kill and weighed as much as the tank. So here is my question I want to build a light but super sturdy frame how do I do that with out going overboard? I know when all said in done it a gotta support close to if not a little more than 3k lbs any help and pics would be amazing of your frames thanks so much

Type in diy 180 gallon stand in the search bar I believe you may find your answer there. I 'm actually debating if I want to use cement blocks, or wood. Using stand from year 1995.
