I follow him on Facebook. Some of his lake Tanganyika shots surprised me, not the stereotypical mass of rocks that normally spring to mind.

Yes I joined Facebook about 6 months back. I never really wanted to but Lee Nuttall talked me into it. He told me of a few places to get great biotope info and added me to a few groups.
I must say I've been really impressed by them and have seen wild footage and photos that I had never seen before on YouTube etc.
I know what you mean about the Tang ones. I always think of just rocks and vallisneria bedsnear the shore. Its much more diverse than most would assume.
