the frame is all finished just forgot to take the the last couple pics the tanks in the garage waiting to be fiberglassed.

That is also a before and after sanding pic of the wood i found lying around my yard.

Going to cut a hole in the wall and do some framing while the tank's curing.

Looks good so far. Waiting for more pics....:grinno:

If you found that wood laying around in your yard, it's likely fairly wet... I dunno how well FG will stick to it. Normally FG bonds really really well with wood, but if it's damp at all, it won't stick.

just my thoughts if its wood that was just lying around i really would not use it since its integrity might be compromised but hey if you can get it to stay together and it holds water ROCK ON

cause a tank is a tank so long as it dont leak whooooot

I took care of most of the damage by sanding.....quite a bit of work.

really needed to take advantage of a warm couple of day's

now that i finished fiberglass it's very cold again.

the fiberglass is just a little extra insurance be using a two part epoxy paint and it only comes in 1 gallon.

the tank's only 85 gallons to fit the wall 4' by 2' by 16" and with fiberglass that is a large amount of paint.

I just need another break in the weather the fiberglass dried ok but took some extra time.

Well I'm still waiting to get some paint so i started to work on some side things.

This rubbermaid tub is basically just so the tank does not have to sit on the floor it has a drain in it that feeds directly into the downstairs toilet.
