How long have they been available to hobbyists? It's common knowledge that WILL get 3 foot in captivity. You've seen the pics from the dude in Japan with the 3 footer housed with the Leos. You've seen Wu Chin's.
Maybe you need to talk to Trev.....
He can tell you how his 450 is TOO SMALL.
And just think that Armatus is what a whopping 2 years old now?

I've been preaching since the first shipment was brought in by G @ shark aquarium that they grow too large for most people's tanks. NO one listened. Now look at all of them that get too large for the owners tanks go up in the classifieds.
I have a friggin 10 by 4 and still don't know if that would work for the life of the fish. Now IF it was 6 by 10 then it would get the stamp of approval.
