Just you? Definitely not; I agree that your activity has increased, but there are many other bots plying their nefarious trade as well.

Very funny, but unfortunately it has become a serious issue with a former member turned bot posting Child Por* links.

Its disgusting that the bots have gotten this degenerate. And I thought humans were bad...
Not to mention they are desecrating a good site like MFK with horrible content.
Is there even an option to delete one's own account? I have left a few forums in the past without doing anything beyond simply ceasing all activity and not visiting anymore. Now I wonder what may have become of my dormant accounts there.
Perhaps continuing to post is the best defense against being hacked?
On the other hand, I belong to a birding website that has ongoing problems with active members' accounts being hacked. Messages are periodically sent to the entire membership, ostensibly from the owner of the hacked account, spinning tales of woe about being stranded in some foreign land with no access to their bank accounts and asking for help, i.e. money. These are usually followed immediately by a legitimate message from the owner of the account, apologizing profusely and warning us of the scam.
Do the bots create this new content autonomously? Or are they directed by human perverts? Both possibilities are unpleasant, not sure which is worse.
