Incredible Barred Midas Offspring

I’ve had trouble with Amph pairing at times - I’ve had best luck with the male much bigger - and tons of pvc, etc. that she can easily get into and he can’t. And then I have a synodontis and/or pair of Kribs with plenty of hiding spots so they won’t be killed, but it gives something for the pair to bond over chasing away. I lose a few babies, but there are always tons left.

Yeah I tried pvc, ended up doing cichlid caves and a divider but he was relentless.
