Indestructible Strainer

I'm looking to buy an Indestructible strainer for my eheim 2262 so my turtle won't be able to break it. I must have replaced it 5x-6x.

Figure a way to attach the intake hose a pvc pipe, and drill a ton of holes into the pvc pipe

I had a PVC pipe with an end cap on it so the bottom was in the substrate and a bunch of holes drilled into it.

Putting a pvc pipe isn't the problem. I can't find anything attach to the glass wall of the tank. Currently I have 5 suction cups holding that drain pipe down on the wall of the glass tank.

Get a couple of these suction cups from Harbor Freight and zip tie the pvc onto them. Paint everything with Krylon Fusion spray paint if you want it more inconspicuous.

If you have a spare mag float layin around you could rig that up to it. Seen it done for aock holders.
