Indo might have cataract. What do u think?

I have an indo, on good health. Thing is he's always since small, had in each eye, a small White ball, Bout 1mm diam. It's wierd, looks like he's staring at you all the time.
I 've never worried about it, It eats, no other defects, just curious.
It's never been as active as the other tigers. Might be blind, but it does not swim into glass or other fish.

Pics r difficult, I'll try my other camera in about an hour. Just wondered if any Members experienced something similar?

well the reason I asked is because a rise in ammonia can produce burn spots in the exterior part of the eye (or so i read) ....other than that some sort of bacterial infection is all I can think of...
 
it's internal funwow. Nothing protrudes from the eye. The White ball is right inside the eye, if that makes sense.

I reckon the dat is about 2.5 years old. Pretty sure it's not eye fungus as thatwill ge progressivly worse. He's had these White dots since he was a couple inches big.
