What are some good tankmates in a 125 gallon tank. Maybe a clown loach, fire eel and African butterfly fish

They are not aggressive imo but will eat any fish small enough to suck up in their large mouth. The Fire Eel and Clown Loaches may work if large enough not to be swallowed whole. Clown Loach grow extremely slow so adding them with a small Dat wouldn't work.

my 10 inch indo tiger seems more afraid of my 4 inch discus then the opoosite
