yea that is an indo and for a 3" i would have paid $20-30

yes it is an indo ... it will fatten up quickly ... all us dat owners know how much they can eat!

all he is taking at the moment is the odd bloodworm from a syringe, had him taking krill at work but he was the boldest of the lot. Now he is with geos and heckels acaras he aint exactly the boldest to feed. What should i do to get him feeding better

I usually will feed my other guys at one side of the tank, which usually gets my shy dats curious, then I dump a bunch of krill and shrimp and other frozen foods right in front of them.

You can also try putting the food in the flow of the filter return...sometimes that's enough to get them to strike.

a lil dat like that could not refuse a tiny worm wiggling in front of him, go outside and look under some rocks for some smalllll worms. then u can get him to eat the store bought ones, and he'll be nice and fat in no time.

so just hunt for small earthworms and wash them first. What about if there may have been fertilisers. Would small mealworms do? Was considering using white cloud minnows
