So now that I have a house with a garage I think im going to build a pond. first problem Im having is temp control. my garage has no windows and no way to put one in. I live in north florida so my garage will prolly reach 90º at the peak of the day if I leave the garage partially open. I can leave the door going to my garage open and see if my a/c will keep it cool or not. but here is my plan. 8'wx3'tallx36-40" deep from to back. 2x4 frame with 1/2" OSB inside and a layer of foam sheets and then a liner from home depot. I have about 1800gph to work with for pumps and ill do a DIY pump. I was thinking a 2x4 every 12-16" should be plenty strong enough. and then in the middle of the pond put a 2x6" going across.. here is a rough draft of my idea, I used more 2x4s in my drawing then I intend
