This may not be the best website for this but does anyone know an inexpensive way to setup a small 10g clownfish tank? I'm a freshwater guy but would like a small peice of paradise in my dorm room.

From what I've been told all that you'd need is live rock, heater, and a small filter.

+1 No protein skimmer needed on a 10 gal. Just keep up with weekly water changes.
Clowns are super hardy fish just remember to top off with fresh and you'll be good

Remember
The larger the tank the easier to maintain
because drops in ph, saltinity, etc will not be as drastic.

so if you are really looking for a challenge then go for it
but if you are new with salt water tanks i wouldn't do anything less then 100 gallons

You can get 10,25, 30 gallon bio cube saltwater aquariums online
and maybe your lfs
