inexpensive lights PC's and Halides

Hey guys,
anyone ever been over to the aquatraders.com website? they've got crazy cheap lights, Power compacts and halides. the units look comparable to the coralife unit that cost 2-3 times as much. replacement bulbs are like $12 ea. for 65watters should check 'em out. Jebo brand , imported from asia somewhere i think.

i bought one of the 48" ones has 2 12000k 65watt and 2 actinics with 2 cooling fans and came with mounting legs, plus has 3 or 4 places to plug in LED blue moons. actually pretty nice. i haven't had any problems after 8 months other than i need to replace the bulbs and one fan. the fan's only like 5 bucks though. i'm pretty happy with it so far.I also bought 2 skimmers of the same brand, they're almost like seaclones, except they push more water and they had to be modified a bit.

I used two of their "jebo" brand 48" pc hoods on my FOWLR for years. They are cheap, get hot, and the bulbs they come with are junk, but they have lasted for 3 years now. Definately worth the $150 I paid for them. I replaced the bulbs and got a lot better color.

I upgraded the lighting a couple of months ago to 3 250 MH pendants (aquamedics) but still use the pc's over my refugium and q-tank

ive also wondered about the quality of the product for how cheap it is on aquatraders - i might end up getting one of those single units for a 150$ (how can you go wrong) to see how it works -- its good to here someone that bought one and has had it work out

I firmly belive in buying quality why buy it twice if in doubt get the good product unless its used in cojunction with something else nothing worse the having to run out and get a $300.00 light because the one you just bought failed the same goes for filters buy a rolex it lasts for life buy a casio and you'll have to replace it just my opinion based on a lot of experiance from trying to save a buck costs more in the end.
