Inexpensive Union Ball Valves

I have looked high and low for cheap ones, they cost almost as much as buying two unions and a ball valve. Do a search for "true union ball valve"

I've been looking too. I think I'll just get a cheap ball valve and a union if I can't find anything. 1.5" true union valves are expensive. I guess I got lucky when I got a bunch of them with my first big tank lol.

Just be careful when buying cheap valves. A lot of them have poor seals that leak. That is, they let water leak past the valve even when fully closed. They also can be hard to open and shut.
