Infection or parasite?

There's a small bump with black coloured protrusion on the lower jaw of my geo for over a week now. Any possibility it's some kind of parasite? Water temperature is maintained at a constant 70°-80°F.
Greatly appreciate it if someone could shed some light.

How about these. Difficult to take pictures while he's in the net. Struggles and jumps too much

Still can’t say with confidence what it is. By netting it you might be able to physically remove it as well. So reconsider netting it.

Yup. The thought definitely did cross my mind. Would be much easier if it doesn't jump that much
