My 12-13" umbee's (TL) vents (especially the genitalia) looks irritated/inflamed. I might just be crazy since I haven't seen him in a week, but what do you guys think?
Tank size: 180g w/ 55g sump

Nitrate: ~3ppm
Ammonia: .25ppm
Ph: 6.0
Usually my tap water's PH is at 7 but I haven't tested my water in 1 1/2 month. Additionally the tap water's ph is now around 6.4-6.6.
