Info on ACF's

I want to get an ACF but I dont really know much about them. How many of them can I put in a 10gal. I kinda want to keep them alone but what other fish can go with them. What temp is good. What do they eat? How do they like their tanks decorated? I hope I remembered all my questions

They are illegal here in washington now for that reason.
They sure are cool
They are also being used extensively in research now.
