Stumbled upon a bunch of 7-8" carapo knives for $15 a pop at LFS yesterday. Can't seem to dig up much info on these guys. From what I understand they are similar in their requirements and behavior to black ghosts. Is there anyone here who kept this fish before and could share highlights of their expreience?

hi from what i've heard they can be kept with peaceful cichlids like eartheaters, severums etc not sure about similar looking oddballs though, apparently males get a bit territorial. You will need a tank at least 48"x24"x24" probably bigger with other fish , hope this helps a bit
