Info on xanthic cichlids required!

I'm trying to work out if my pair of xanthic carrier jags are producing xanthic fry or not.

If you have ever kept a fish that turned out xanthic, then please add to this thread with the size at which it became xanthic. For some I know it will have been from day one, but others are likely to have only shown xanthic colouration later on (from what I undertand). Need you help on this one!

well there is a chance, it has been done with other species, the greatest possibilty in getting Xanthic fry is breeding a second generation back with the xanthic himself... it has happened in other species soo... but with the xanthic jags i dont think its working the same tbh.

the Xanthic comes out in fish as they mature so around4-6"
