Yep I had one it was sold to me as a Giant Upside-down Catfish cant tell you to much other than they are not fast growing and they tolerant various water conditions The size they give on that link is rubbish my one was a good 14" when I sold him/her.
Thank you for the input. That's exactly what i needed to know. I didn't think that the fish pictured looked 7.5"! How about compatibility? Peaceful or aggressive?
Right I have phoned my farther who sold the fish for me a while back he recons it was a foot long I think it was a bit bigger but as I said defiantly bigger than what they have quoted. (This was a while ago) it was relatively peaceful but will eat any small fish that are in the tank with it. We put some Guppies in with it one night to see if he would eat them and he ate the lot. We had him eating floating pellet. Other than that he was not aggressive and if at the time I was not moving and shutting down my fish room and my father was moving and shutting his down at the same time I would still have him.
