I got an Eheim filter that was included with a used tank I recently bought off craigslist. I am having a hard time finding info on the filter. The top of the filter just says Eheim Professional and the extra media that the guy gave me says Eheim Professional II. I checked the side of the filter and the sticker says type: 2226 38 and one of the model numbers on the extra media's box is 2226/2326. I did a few internet searches and I have not found any info on this filter. Does anyone know anything about this filter?

It's a smaller filter, holds about 4Ls of media, typical 2L mechanical, 2L bio...good for a 55 gallon.
I have a 125 Gallon with 4 HOB filters on it and a 110 Gallon that I am going to have ate least two HOB filters on it. Will it be a significant help on those tanks or should I just sell it? Do you have this filter or did you find info somewhere on the web about it?
I have its bigger cousin, eheim 2028...with 6L of filter media.
They do a decent job biologically, but don't look for too much water movement or mechanical wonder.
