Looking for any knowledgeable feedback on my theory:
Since SW fish ingest water regularly to regulate their internal salt content, can the same be assumed to brackish water fish to a lesser extent?
Say I wanted to dose a fish that was not eating with Panacur (Fenbendazole) which needs to be ingested. If it was a salt tolerant fish and if I increased salinity to a marginal level (say 1.002 SG) would it be safe to assume that the fish would start ingesting tank water to regulate it's internal salt levels and thus as a result ingest the Fenbendazole?
