Gross! Both of those max sizes are wrong. I posted a comment mentioning it. Hopefully they put it up or fix the info!
 
The name "zebra shark" also refers to the Indonesian or Hasslet's Bamboo - which is what the size and price reflect.

The pic is of what we (in the US) know as the Zebra shark (Stegostoma fasciatum) - which gets to be a 10 ft monster.
The rest of the world calls the steg "Leopard shark" - which we would think of as the cold water shark off the California coast. I would guess a US supplier got a list from a collector with the name and slapped the wrong pic up.

And there is a photo of juveniles of both sharks in question... I have seen this listing before and wondered if they really had young Stegastoma..Surely they would not be so cheap?

I'd say the description is based off the misunderstanding of the common name.

99% of collectors only list a common name on the stock list each week. I've also seen cases where the collector calls the young brown banded a "zebra stripe shark" which gets lots in translation and changes to 'zebra shark'.

A true US "zebra" (stego) will draw top dollar, not just a couple hundred bucks.

Nice...I took my sine to Adventure Aquarium over in New Jersey and there was a two foot Stegastoma .I did not expect to see that there and it alone was worth the trip for me.
