initiate spawning Yellow Labs

How do you guys initiate spawning in the yellows?
Mine have breed a few times but I haven't seen a pattern.

Water changes have allways worked for me. Most of the time it only takes a day or 2 and they are spawning like crazy.

Also helps if its a species only breeding setup too. I have 5 females and 4 males. They arent picky at all when it comes to the m/f ratio
