my african Arowana got attacked by my black and like u can see some of his meat b/c his scales dropped off lol how long would u think it would take to recover? i feed it alot too

Can you spare anymore information you've given very little. Tank Size, fishes size, Tank Parameters, Tank mates, Temperature, any previous altercations? Have you done anything to help the injured fish? Meds, heat and salt, anything?

Definitely need more info.

Recovery time is partially up to you. Best thing is clean water(nitrates under 10ppm). If it has open wounds use melafix, if minor wounds or just missing scales just add salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons). If it is eating it will likely recover OK. Keep your heat a little higher(84 dgrees) and add and air stone(warmer water has less oxygen).

i added like 3table spoon of salt and medicine and water is fine and i just cleaned da tank before he got attacked

holy i just notice sumthing O_O da african grew like 1~2 inches its almost da size of my jardini its only been 1 week in da 160 gallon tank and da african was 4~5 inch when i brought him in O_O
