Need quick advise/opinion

I have a 4 inch Hoplarchus psittacus , its currently injured being with a tank of bigger Hoplarchus psittacus , the others are about 7 inches, this one is about 4-5 inches. its the runt of the batch.

I currently don't have a hospital tank, Planning to move it into my 120 gallonb tank , but the 120 gallon tank has a new 7 inch super red arowana,

will the Hoplarchus psittacus harm the new arowana? the new arowana is still adjusting to its new tank, Should i go ahead and move the Hoplarchus psittacus into the aro tank and treat with melafix there? this will be only a temporary setup until the parrot has healed.

any comments?

thanks

Why not just get a tub and place the injured fish there? All you need to operate the tub is a sponge filter. Include netting as well to avoid the fish from jumping out of the tub. Add some floating plants for it to feel much more secured and comfortable. You do not need Melafix. Clean water will be sufficient enough to help its wound recover quickly.
