Pretty sure the sharp piece of dw caused it. Clean water and salt ? If so how much salt ?

ahhh...just a knick lol... i prob wouldnt even add salt. If u do, just a small amt. and a w/c should b plenty to heal him up quick.

Clean water should do it. Don't look too bad.

Salt is about 1tsp per gallon. A one time dose.

It's nothing I'd worry about if the tank has been overall healthy and running strong. In some of my communities such small abrasions are pretty much the norm, especially where territorial fish are grouped.
