This tiny thing is almost a year old and is from sb rt X sb carpintis. She's not any kind of sb, just a runt. I usually don't grow out the runts but she wasn't a bother at all so I set up a few tiny caves for her to live in. We'll now that's she's apparently sexually mature she is nuts. Chasing everthing (all other fish in that tank are double her size or more), showing off to all the males and has had the breeding mask constantly since it first showed up. I think I love this fish but if anybody wants a female fader for their 20 gallon tank let me know lol.

Should get her together with my male red dragon. 2 yrs old only 3-3 1/2 inches. Brother is about 10" already. He does the same thing. Vicious little guy.

That would be a great project. Dwarf flowerhorn. I wonder if she would have trouble laying due to her small size.
 
Probably not. Still should mature sexually. He already fertilized pink con eggs.

She's keeping a male by her caves lol so i'm gonna let her spawn (should be any second now lol) just to make sure she's good to go. Gives me a chance to test that male's fertility too. So redd if you want her I will keep you updated.

Do it! Think about it, a strain of kamfa for people who don't have the space for 75 gallon + tanks. Could be a neat alternative to the pure species dwarf cichlids.
