Insanely badly kept RTC at LFS

At one of my worst LFS theres a 7x30x30 tank with a 36" RTC which has been like this for years. It never moves. Every time i've been it's been in the same position. I can't believe how badly it is treat. I never visit but if i do i'll get a picture to show you guys.

i agree w/kntrygrl, u could make flyers and drop them off in stores or post an add on craigslist, for anybody seeking a catfish for their pond. Its hard to keep a catfish that large, and rightfully so it deserves a pond and/or a dedicated aquarist to look after and house it.
