Hello,

Anyone on this forum doing the Insanity workout or have finished the program? I am about to get copy of this and want to know what to expect. I also have the P90X program but didn’t follow the diet plan. I plan on follow the diet plan for this workout but know it’s hard to diet correctly. Any tips or anything I should follow?

Save your money. Eat lots of veggies and meat, less bread, fruit and starch. Work out as hard as you want whenever you want, mix it up with crunches, weights, chin-up leg curls, push-ups and whatever else you find.. You don't need programs to be strong. Just consistency. If you didn't follow the diet the first time, what makes you confident you can do it now?

I did kind of follow the diet plan when I was doing P90X, I cut out almost all junk food and ate wheat everything, had protein shake everyday after workout, and ate at least 5 portions everyday. I am not overweight - 5’6” 144. When I did P90X, I gained 10 lbs of muscle and weighed between 154-155 and that was only 60 into the program. All I did was the workout and protein shake.

i do insanity once a week in my wieghts class and honeslty if you do the work out they ask you to do at the pace they set you will see results. I work out everyday and do that once a week and it seems to work because my numbers are getting better.

i am by definition a non-professional bodybuilder. i just take generic suppliments. i dont buy into fads be it programmed workouts or suppliments such as "cell-tech"
