I have built a few PVC overflows and on my big tanks the black PVC is fine. However I have a small tank that I have build an over flow out of 1/2 inch PVC and the only color you can get that in is white (which stands out like a sore thumb). Is there a type of paint that I can use to paint this PVC which will be safe for inside the tank once it's dry? Thanks in advance for any help

Yep, I can vouch for that. I used Krylon Fusion on the custom outflow I made for my UV sterilizer. Just make sure the paint is fully dry before putting it in the tank
how long do you have to wait till you can put it in the tank after painting with that stuff. i also have a pvc overflow that needs to be painted
ive painted tons of things with that stuff. make sure surface is clean before painting and dry before use. id wait 24 hours after final coat just to be on the safe side.
