No. It's an herbal remedy that comes in a pill that is suppose to aid in sleep. You will find it in grocery stores and/or vitamin stores. I don't know that it will help with your Insomnia, but it helped me with my minor sleep problems in highschool.

I don't sleep much myself, at least at night anyway. Mostly because of years of late shifts and odd class schedules. It's a pain.

My problem is I keep waking up at night at least 6-7 times every night haven't had a good night sleep in a long time. I think Im going to try those pills and see if that helps.

Depends on the day. Yesterday, I was out cold before 8. It's creeping up on 2AM and I'm wide awake right now. More often than not, I'm up all night watching movies trying to forget about my work day.
