Hey guys. I set up a 90 gallon tonight because my damn JD keeps picking on my O so he needs to be moved, and my O eats my GD school, so they need to move.

In my 125g I'm using a 3 chamber cabinet designed (CHOMPER's design) w/d sump. I have all three chambers filled with pot scrubbies.

Can I just remove a few pot scrubbies and shove them into the HOB to get the insta cycle effect to move fish right over? And if so what chamber? The one above the drip tray which is mainly mechanical or the chamber below the drip tray?...

BUMP Anybody?... I removed scrubbies from the chamber below the drip tray and shoved them into the HOB. I got a reading of 0 amm 0 nitrite 0 nitrate last night but I'm assuming that's beacuse not enough ammonia/waste had been produced that early since i just put the fish in and it's definitely a small stock.

i would think it would work just fine. i did the same when i set up the 220 except with ac 70 sponges stuffed in the overflow before draining onto the pond matrix
