15-16" brachyplatystoma Filamentosum , beautiful trailers, eat tilapia fillet, a lil bumped up nose ( some say if given enough room and good water, it'll grow back straight... but not sure) that kinda gives it a lil character as it puts on that everlasting smile

15" Polypterus Congicus .... eats tilpia .... nothing wrong with it : )

you can see in the third pic of all three bichirs... one of them seems dirty its cuz there was algae on the glass , my bad ^^;;

note : i'll only sell to people with a proper footprint because the filamentosum, from what i heard , when they turn, if their whisker touches the side, it'll spazz , that's probably why mine bumped himself, so this have to go to someone with a wider than 24" tank ( and preferably at least 8 ft long ) ....

shipping is available through a local LFS, no live arrival guarantee due to size , but they are professional since they always ship out high end flowerhorns and other big fish ... you can expect shipping to be around 150 ... overnight UPS to ur door

pickup in SFBay is fine too

those rocks sure do look appetizing but they don't eat em ^^;; they are called La Paz pebbles , brought it at a local landscape store

my tank is 8ft x 24" wide .... not wide enough , thats why it bumped its nose i think, dont want it to bump it more so this has to go to a ... wider home ...
they are so cool, i'll miss it a lot ... but for the welfare of this fish, i have to do this...

yea they really need a pool sized tank after they hit 24 inches cuz they freak out to much......... so far the ones i bought have eaten a lot of pellets which is nice considering they where only on feeders when i got them!!!!!!!!!!!! hope that beautiful fish gets a nice BIG!!!!!!! home
