If you, like me, live in Pennsylvania you will know that Long-Eared Sunfish, Lepomis megalotis, are endangered here...making them illegal to own 
While throwing some spinners baits from my kayak on the Conodoguinet River for (suprisingly large) River Chub, this guy just happened to take ahold of it. Now correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe I happened to find one of these beautiful endangered fish. He was, of course, released happily.
