interesting fish feeding behaviors

I was researching some fish species recently when I came across videos of people who keep Mangrove Jacks (Lutjanus argentimaculatus I think) in their aquariums. I must say they have the most interesting way of eating. Once grab the tail of the food fish and then bang its head into it. Here are some videos

they seem to kept like bass are in the US
so what fish do you think has the most interesting feeding behavior, be given, before, during or after feeding

Well, very interesting (first video) but it's just a extra none necessary step at the end it's still swallowed head first, so why's not do that from the start/hunt?

I would assume its just so the fish puts up less of struggle
