Interesting gravel creatures

Hey guys just had a question dealing with my gravel. I got some FloraMax, rooted in a few plants, and noticed small some brown and white worms maybe an inch long and about a millimeter wide going through the gravel. I also moved a piece of drift wood and saw something white about 5 millimeters big which looked like an amphibod bury itself in the gravel. Has anyone else had these types of things living in their tanks?

I've had planaria/blackworms and malaysian trumpet snails in my substrate, but not much else
