Found a filter design to treat human waste water looks like it is just a similar setup to large pond filter setups I've seen on here.

I think its pretty neat that it turns waste water into grey water or grey water into drinking water.

Seems easy to me to build, but thats just me, but here is an interestingly sized trickle filter used for a British koi pond, it is trully monster filtration.

Yep fish poo and human poo can be eaten by the same bacteria, that's why you can pee in your tank to start a fishless cycle!
