Intermedias haven't been available for 5 years I believe. Last time I saw them for sale was when river wonders had them. It's illegal to export cichla out of Venezuela so it is very hard to get these guys in. Hopefully some of our vendors can get these in because I would love to grab a few. Or we would have to wait for Michael Boettner to breed his intermedias. My hopes are high for him.

Oh, that was R1's old interm? I remember drooling every time R1 posted up pictures. It was a beast! To own that fish would've been legendary.

Yep, that was R1's interm. Last time I seen pictures of that interm, It had really bad HITH.

That fish must've been really old. It was already big when R1 had sold it. Who knows how long it will be until interms make their way back into the hobby.
