Did these come from RW? If so they could be Cichla nigromaculata. I remember they said they had brought in some Intermedias recently but ended up being something else. I recall this is what was said for them to be?

Or it could just be some stressed out Mono's. They do have the stress stripes showing.
MAybe when someone buys them and they settle in the colors can be more distinctive.

I thought they were monos by looking at them. Is that an infection on the middle one?
