22" male umbee and his 7", yes, 7 inch female.

Problem is his lack of appetite, and a white stringy poop that trails him for a while.

Wondering what parasite is inside of him and what the correct
Mediaction would be to treat him.

Attatched is a pic of him- note the white string.

Would suggest metronidazole and medicated food like hex shield. Can add levamisol as well if not getting better with metro and medicated food. Just my suggestion and I hope some of the cichlid pros can help.

prazi and levamisol are you good cover for general intestinal parasites
spironucleus will be covered by metro
always the chance it is not parasitic

any reason to think parasite over spiro? any new fish?

Thank you for your response Charney , no new fish, I just assumed that it was a parasite because of the stringy poop and lack of appetite
