Fish haven't eat for a week, is gasping at the surface almost all the time, try jumping sometimes, has sunken belly.
Its not lack of oxygen in the tank or for the fish, water too warm or bad water quality.
I've been treating him with eSHa EXIT, what the guy at my LFS recommended, but its not working.
Fish is a Nimbochromis fuscotaeniatus, around 5 inches.
How can I treat him? Thanks

HAve you noticed any white stringy fecal output?

Is it eating? If so what? In case of parasites and if its eating then id recommend starting with feeding it a mix of food your feeding and some shelled green peas. The other thing you can do is get some epsom salt, Garlic thats smashed very fine (or garlic aid or pure garlic juice) and some API General Cure. Soak the food in the combination of Garlic juice/smashed garlic/garic aid (what ever one you chose to use). Epsom salt and the API general cure. Let it soak for 30 minutes or longer and then feed it to your fish. Do this for 5 to 7 days til you see the fish clear up. Then feed normally.

looks like Saprolegniasis. if it starts growing and looking like cotton ball threads it is probably what I stated. If not, it does look like a fungus.

Wasn't able to read your typed print very well due to the color of the print.

I'd recommended treating in a tank with 2 tablespoons epsom salt per 10 gallons then fose the water with metro. Use powerhead or air pump to agitate the water surface.

How long has the fish been like this?

What are the water conditions of the tank it's in?

Where do you see Saprolegniasis.? Normally there is a wound. With growing matter? I guess I don't see anything like that in the picture. If it were Saprolegniasis. Then the treatment would be malachite green and formalin. Same thing in some specific ich meds like quick cure.

But again I don't see any symptoms for it on the pics provided
