internal redness on blue ram face

I got this blue ram yesterday
and i find there is some internal redness over the mouth area.
its seems like
bleeding of some sort
thought the fish is eating properly and so no sign of illness
is it normal

If it's internal, then how can you see it? Do you mean his lips look reddish??????

its visible from the outside cos of translucent body of ram.
redness.
But fish is moving properly and eating well.
do i have to worry. or let it be like that
