I have noticed my little Flowerhorn is looking a bit bloated, he is not eating to well and he ha mixed poop, sometimes white, sometimes brown.

I do 30% waterchanges twice a week, whats the best way to fix this? up the water changes to 50% and don't feed for a few days?

Lmao, my poop is fine at the mo, how about for my Flowerhorn.

He IS talking about the flowerhorn. I use epsom salt in all my water changes. Helps keep your fish from getting intestinal problems such as bloat, etc....

Oooh what are these salts called in England and how much do i put in?

2nd that :)

I would treat with flubendazole. You can easily buy this online in the UK as Wormerplus, or your LFS might well have it in stock as a worming treatment for pond fish. I swear by this stuff for most external and internal parasites. Make sure you do not overdose though (I have made this mistake in the past) ........ the difference between the treatment dose and a toxic dose is not that large. Just stick to the directions and be aware that the stuff does not degrade in the water very fast, unlike many other medications.

Glenbo ... what has been your flowerhorn's diet ? Maybe need to get more fibre into the diet in future. A lot of these omnivorous cichlids just don't cope well without enough green matter in their diet, in my experience.
