Intex 12 Ft. Frame Set Above Ground Pool

Anyone have any experience with these?
I have a bunch of large cichlids, some bichirs, a couple pacu, and a few cats (none have large pectoral spines)
Can anyone see any problems?
Will there be any problems with the filter? ( There would be a pond filter on it too)

I keep Pacu in above ground pools and I have to replace the liner approx every 4-5 months because they will chew through out of curiosity/mischief. This has happened regularly for several years. Since I have 10 tonne pools there is always enough time to notice in time but the water makes a mess, especially if I dont notice early. Luckily my pools are in one of my fishrooms so this is acceptable for me.

Giant Gourami will damage the liner simply by spooking and raming the sides forcefully. This can happen weekly so dont put one of those in.

i think you would be fine with cichlids...but as said above ive heard pacu can lead to problems.
